It would be wonderful if everyone could find the time to give themselves a 1-2 minute facial massage every night that would relax their senses, firm their facial features, promote circulation and healing…hold on…1-2 minutes…maybe you can find that time.
After cleansing and misting, leave your skin slightly damp and apply 4-6 drops of your nourish and replenish oil into your palms. Lightly massage into your face, following the patterns on the next page, paying close attention to using gentle strokes mixed with pressure on specific points. Massage 1-2 minutes and either leave the oil to penetrate or towel off with a damp cloth (do not use paper towels or tissue!)

Organic sunflower oil blends with a lovely mix of rose, sandalwood, ylang ylang and jasmine to cool you down and relieve redness.
Balance: For Oil Control: Light safflower oil melds with the essential oils of lavender (reduces puffiness and normalizes the skin) peppermint (stimulates circulation), sage (reduces excessive oiliness) and basil to reduce inflammation and clove to normalize and lubricate your oil glands in order prevent them from becoming over-active.
