Thoracic Breathing
• Sit on the floor with your legs crossed.
• Place your hands behind your back with palms out and fingers touching the ribcage.
• Keeping your abdominals contracted, breath in and feel your ribcage expand against your hands.
• Breath in 2, out 2 (Repeat)
• Breath in 4, out 4 (Repeat)
• Breath in 8, out 8 (Repeat)
• Aim to keep the abdominals contracted while breathing.
• Be sure to breath into your ribcage.
